• General: Master’s degree in any field or a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year/5-year), CA, B.Tech, or BE, with 1 year of experience.
• Project Financing, Stressed Asset Management: Master’s degree or diploma in Management (specializing in Finance/Banking & Finance), or CA/CMA/ICWA, with 1 year of experience.
• Accounts: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or ICWA with 1 year of experience.
• Resource and Treasury: Master’s degree or diploma in Management (specializing in Finance, Forex, or Banking & Finance), or CA, CMA, ICWA, with 1 year of experience.
• Information Technology IT: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (specializing in IT/Computer Science) or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with a PG qualification in Computer Science/Computer Application/IT, with 1 year of experience.
• Legal: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institute in India, with 1 year of experience.
• Secretarial functions: Computer Secretary (CS) from ICSI with 1 year of experience.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: Master’s degree or diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Social Work, with 1 year of experience.
• Environment and Social Safeguard: Master’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Environmental Management/Environmental Science), M.Sc, or a Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, or Development Services, with 1 year of experience.
• Risk Management: Master’s degree or diploma in Management (specializing in Finance/Banking & Finance), or CA, with 1 year of experience.
• Procurement: Master’s degree or diploma in any stream/branch, with 1 year of experience.
• Human Resource: Master’s degree or diploma in Management (specializing in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management), with 1 year of experience.
• Research and Analysis: Master’s degree or diploma in Economics/Statistics from a recognized institute in India, with 1 year of experience.
• Rajbhasha: Master’s degree/diploma in Hindi/Hindi Translation (with English at degree level) or in English/Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce (with Hindi at degree level), with 1 year of experience.
• Compliance and Audit: Master’s degree or diploma in any stream/branch from a recognized institute in India.
• Corporate Communications: Master’s degree or diploma in Corporate Communication, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Journalism, with 1 year of experience.
