- Clerk: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from any Recognized University in India with Proficiency in Operation of Computer (Word Processing and Spread Sheets) and Typing Speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer.
- Steno Typist: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from any Recognized University in India with Proficiency in Operation of Computer (Word Processing and Spread Sheets), Dictation of 10 Minutes at 80 w.p.m., and Transcription of 50 minutes on Computer in English.
