- Primary Level Class 1-5: 10+2 Intermediate Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed), or 45% marks with 2-year D.El.Ed under NCTE 2002 regulations, or 50% marks in 4-year B.El.Ed, or 50% marks in 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education), or Bachelor Degree with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Junior Level Class 6-8: Bachelor Degree with 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.), or Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks and B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri, or 45% marks with B.Ed under NCTE regulations, or 10+2 with 50% marks in 4-year B.El.Ed or 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed, or Bachelor Degree with 50% marks in B.Ed (Special Education), or Master Degree with 55% marks and 3 Year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed Course.
