Eligibility Criteria
- Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 1st Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Full Time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective or 2 years full time PGDM with HR elective.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Bachelor of Commerce () degree along with CA/ ICWA.
- Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Full Time Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology, or 2 years PG degree/PG diploma/MBA in Material Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management.
- Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class Full Time MCA/ 1st class B. Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
- Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master’s degree in Hindi or English with English/Hindi at Graduation level, or 2 years experience in translation.
- Assistant Manager (Safety): Recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology with practical experience in a factory in a supervisory capacity for not less than 2 years, or Recognized Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
